Shipping & Returns

ThreeSirens.com Shipping Policy:

$4.95* is all you'll pay for our standard 2-3 day USPS shipping service! We make every effort to make sure your order leaves our store within 2 days of placing your order.

*For exchanges, the shipping you pay is what we pay and not a penny more!

ThreeSirens.com Return Policy:

We hope you love your Three Sirens Boutique purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase or gift, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package and merchandise must be returned to us within within 14 days of contacting us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges.

You may return your merchandise to our Philadelphia location by filling out the form included with your purchase. If you do not have a return form on the back of your packing slip, please contact us by sending an e-mail to returns@threesirens.com.

Merchandise & Conditions:

  • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN, UNALTERED, and NEVER WASHED and ALL tags must be attached.
  • Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.
  • For health concerns, bathing attire and intimate apparel are all FINAL and NOT subject to return or an exchange.
  • Final Clearance and Sale merchandise are all FINAL and not subject to return or exchange.
  • All jewelry purchases are FINAL and not subject to return or exchange.
  • Merchandise that is offered at a discounted price and NOT a final or clearance sale is subject to our normal return policies.
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable and may not be canceled once the order is placed. However, they may be exchanged according to our exchange policies. Pre-orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee; sorry, no exceptions!
  • Pre-order deposits will be forfeited in their entirety if final payment is not received within 30 days of notification that your pre-order is ready for delivery.
  • Special-orders are FINAL SALE are are not subject to return or exchange.

Tracking & Insurance:

  • Return the product via UPS or USPS (please add tracking, and keep your receipt should you need to track your package).
  • Remember to insure it for full value. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we did not ship ourselves.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Please note, all orders are thoroughly checked twice before shipping.

ThreeSirens.com Price Guarantee Policy

Three Sirens will not be undersold. If you find a better net price at another authorized retailer (after shipping charges and use of a coupon, etc.) on an item that we carry we will match their price and throw in a free gift! Competitor's item must be identical to our stock. This policy can not be combined with any other offers, specials, or sales that we may offer (i.e. it does not stack). Price match cannot be performed on previous purchases or on competitor closeouts/liquidations. Price match policy is subject to change without notice.
